I've often found myself only using FTD for sending flowers just because they seem to be very reputable, and I've never had any problems. I have to say that your staff was able to handle an old curmudgeon like me who’s afraid of computers. My wife’s anniversary flowers arrived without a hitch. The roses were great like I expected, but the vase was very nice and I can use it again for other things.
