I've always been ambivalent about Valentine's Day, mostly because nothing ever happened. But not just any flowers. They were these eye-popping spring flowers with full fragrance and very pretty. Of course, they were your flowers, which is why I'm writing to you. She noticed that there was this celebration called Mother's Day that everyone takes so seriously.
