Too many times, I've found myself sitting at home on the computer instead of outside enjoying the landscape and the people. I've found that if I think about the people in my life back in the US that I want to keep in my life, I have more ability to meet new people and experience new things. That's the whole reason why I took this job, was to experience a different culture. I want to let you know that you help me doing that, even if that's a selfish reason for sending flowers, it helps me think of the people that I want to keep in my life for when I go back, whenever that might be. The hospital is not a fun place to be over the Holidays. I know, because I lived through it once. My dad spent last Christmas in hospital recovering from bypass surgery. So I wanted to send something to let him know we were all thinking of him. I wish I could have been there, but we're scattered throughout the world and we never really see each other during the holidays because traveling is so frightful nowadays. More often than not we see each other in the spring, celebrating nothing in particular, because it's much more bearable. I apologize if this sounds like my life story. All I really wanted to point out was that I thought the floral arrangement I send turned out wonderful. My mum clicked a few images for me to see, and I noticed how much fuller and more colorful they seemed than what I remember from the picture on your website. I had to take more than a few calls from people who asked me to send them again because the fruit was actually rotten. Just a few months ago I had a friend who told me that the oranges she got were growing a fungus. But now that I use you people for sending my precious fruit gifts, I've had no such problems.
