It was a little of both, I guess. But I am writing to tell you that when I order flowers, I used to go with the absolute lowest price. But it just became too embarrassing for the recipient when inexpensive flowers came to mean cheap flowers. Now, I’ve learned to do it right and order flowers through you guys. I am thinking of some of the simpler designs on other areas of your site, including Thank You and Birthday. I wish someone had told me about you earlier. I don’t like talking about this, but the flowers at my grandmother’s funeral last year were unnecessarily gaudy. She didn’t like a big show, and I always thought she would have disapproved of them. Unfortunately, my mother died this year. I had used you before for birthdays, so I thought it couldn’t be worse than what my grandmother had. I feel strange saying this, but I think both of them would have really loved the flowers and arrangements that your people put together and delivered to the chapel for the service.
