Greetings flower people. I don't have a keen grasp of the internet that some of the others in my generation so. But it seems to me that there are some things that you do right. For example, you show what you are going to deliver and then you deliver it. That's about it. It's very simple and it works very well. I don't trust any flower shop that doesn't use FTD. I also don't trust any flower shop that messes up an order, no matter how small or big. My business, at bottom, is about persuasion, and if my persuasive powers are undermined by a poorly delivered PR gift, then I look bad, which makes you look bad. I say this as a theoretical, because I have never had occasion to complain about any bad things: The fact is, there haven't been any bad experiences I've had sending gifts to other businesses, provided I use you folks.(Kirk V., Prescott AZ )

May I say that everyone I've talked to who has gotten flowers delivered from you was totally blown away by how gorgeous they are. Maybe the fact that I was soliciting opinions from my own gift giving altered their answers a bit, but I don't think so.
