My younger brother has always felt like he was kind of the forgotten child in the family. He's the youngest of seven, and was the last to do everything. But he was the first to receive your flowers when I sent them to him for his birthday. It just made his day. He tried to be "cool" about it, but I could tell he was very pleased at having received such a great gift. Do you know how I knew for sure that he loved them? Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time. This may sound a little silly, but I hope it doesn't. My best friend's cat died over the weekend, and I couldn't think of anything to do for her being so far away with work and all. The best thing I could think of was to send a nice sympathy bouquet. I know how close she was to that cat, and I didn't really know how to say that in words. So I let the flowers do the talking, just to let her know that I was there for her. She did eventually share her feelings with me, and I'm glad I could help. The FTP Fruit and Chocolate basket is perfect for my sister who's on a raw foods diet.
