He’s not the most romantic guy on the planet, but when he ordered from you, he got everything just right, and I know that you guys had a lot to do with that. I don’t usually comment on gifts I receive, but this one touched me because it was our tenth anniversary and every year he’s gotten me something practical. It was nice to get roses. There's something about giving flowers that makes it worthwhile to be friends with people. That sounded strange. But I guess in a way it's true. I was struck by this sentiment when I looked at how your website was organized. There are many different types of arrangements and many different arrangements within those types. It got me to thinking about how people react to flowers and how they react to the people who send them. I think you've tapped into something here, about how people react to flowers and in what context they receive them probably affects how they are received.
