I wish someone had told me about you earlier. I don’t like talking about this, but the flowers at my grandmother’s funeral last year were unnecessarily gaudy. She didn’t like a big show, and I always thought she would have disapproved of them. Unfortunately, my mother died this year. I had used you before for birthdays, so I thought it couldn’t be worse than what my grandmother had. I feel strange saying this, but I think both of them would have really loved the flowers and arrangements that your people put together and delivered to the chapel for the service. Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time. You have my undying admiration for being a company that does what it promises. Every claim you made was and is true. I was a doubter at first, but all my doubts were dispelled this last Christmas, when I hesitantly made a huge order (over $1000) of flower displays, arrangements, and bouquets for the company Christmas party. It's a small company, so I wasn't sure if it would just add to the frivolity of the occasion or if it would be worth it in terms of employee cohesion. Well, it turned out to be both. For the first time in nine years, we did not have any turnover the first six months of the year following the Christmas party. I don't know if it was because we were throwing lousy parties before, or if it was a coincidence or what. But because I've used your flower delivery services a good deal since then and only good things have happened, I tend to think that the quality of the materials you use had something to do with it.(May S., Bangkok )
