Thank you for helping this family make the transition to having a Jewish daughter. I recently started my conversion to Judaism after marrying into the faith. My family has not exactly been running up to congratulate me on my choice. They've been largely non-religious, but they celebrate Christmas like every other American family. I was surprised to see that my mother decked out the whole house for a hanukkah celebration, because I didn't know they would be going all out for me. It was very gratifying that though they couldn't say that they supported my choice, they were showing support anyway. Sometimes it seems like my children have all left me for their better lives in other places. At least they find time to let me know they are doing OK. I have been receiving flowers on my birthday and the American Mother's Day for several years. That is a nice custom I think. I noticed of late that the flowers that are coming seem brighter and cheerier, and I ask my children what's changed all of a sudden? They tell me they are using this new website. I am thanking you for somehow convincing them that these new flowers are a better gift because they are much prettier and last longer. Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time. Valentine's Day this year was very special. I asked my boyfriend to marry me, and after the initial shock, he said yes.
