Ever since I sold my first house, I've been ordering flowers from you for every showing I've done. My rate is around 80% by the second weekend so far (but who's counting). The "Burst of Joy" bouquet of flowers is really something. My aunt Leslie just about started laughing when she saw it because it's so big and bold and colorful. She fawned over it, even though we've never been close.
