I knew I could trust you! I had the misfortune to be able to order a funeral arrangement from you. I’d been giving out your flower bouquets to everyone I could think of and had been totally satisfied with the deliveries. I didn’t know you guys did specialty funeral stuff, though. My grandmother had a long and wonderful life, and her funeral was more like a wake and a going away party. Is it terrible that I said that? Sheesh, you'd think someone would take the hint and at least send me something. I hear from them about how wonderful and lovely my gifts are by calling me and sending me e-mails, but do they take a picture, or better yet, send me flowers back? I would like to thank you for the flowers that you send to my brother. He works in a big building in Santiago that has usually a lot of delivering mistakes. I was very worried about the flowers that I sent to him. But the person on the phone assured me it would be OK. I was still worried. Until I got the message that the flowers were delivered to the right place. My brother was so surprised, he could not stop laughing at me for sending him flowers.
