I think you've tapped into something here, about how people react to flowers and in what context they receive them probably affects how they are received. I wanted to tell you that the orchids I sent my mother in the hospital really lifted her spirits. She was thrilled to see them because she has orchids at home that she hasn't seen in almost a month.
