I just wanted to say thanks for making everything less stressful this year. My mother has not been feeling well, and last year the flowers that she ordered didn't arrive until the 27th. Almost all of them have birthdays in August for some reason, and I just wanted to save time by ordering from the same place. Much to my surprise, every single delivery arrived with no problems at all. Good grief! Twenty birthday bouquets delivered with no problems! My status as a second daughter in my family means that I am usually the left out one. I’m forced into the kitchen with my mother and aunties even though I have no idea how to cook. Although I have to say that my gift of flowers and balloons to the mistress of the house didn’t get me out of kitchen duty, it did get me some extra time with the men in the family as they were impressed I was able to spend so much on a deceptively gorgeous gift.
