I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time. I'm bursting with pride at my kids being able to afford houses and I'm also red in the face because I can't even figure out where they are now!
