I heed those laws by migrating myself over to your website every June 1, just to make sure that everything will get where it's supposed to be on-time. Valentine's Day has special significance in our house because it was the day that we closed escrow six years ago. It was a very trying time, trying to sell a house and buy a house at the same time.
