I've often found myself only using FTD for sending flowers just because they seem to be very reputable, and I've never had any problems. My confession is this: you weren't my first choice for sending flowers, but you were recommended by my assistant, who I guess had had a good experience. I wouldn't have even told you about this, but my initial hesitation was based on the my experience with other Internet delivery companies.
