How come I order from you for all my friends and family, but they all order from some schmo who can’t get it right? I tell them many many times, drop as many hints as I can, but no one listens to me and I have to suffer for it. Sheesh. I have dealt with certain delivery companies before who could not handle a slight discrepancy in the address with any smarts at all. It seems like if two numbers in a zipcode are transposed, it stops them in their tracks and they delay a couple days and charge you half again as much. I admit that I sometimes get zipcodes wrong. My memory isn’t what it used to be. But someone over there recognized the mistake I made on a flower delivery and it didn’t slow them down a whit. I wish I knew who it was, because I would thank them from an old woman, so I’m saying thank you to you for possibly training your flower delivery people that way.(Bonita R., Houma LA )

Once on the week before to announce my arrival, and once to arrive on Saturday at my hotel so I could bring them over.
