Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time. What a fantastic bouquet I got this morning! I received a lovely arrangement of flowers from a friend who lives across the country, and your name was on it. I love it! The flowers and foliage are all so fresh and lively, and such a nice scent too. This is probably the best kind of advertising you can do, is to hook people who have already received their flowers from you.
