I tried many things before I sold my first house. The thing that did it was your flowers. I don't know if it was the showiness of the flowers or the homeyness or some good mojo, but whatever you do, keep on doing it. Ever since I sold my first house, I've been ordering flowers from you for every showing I've done. My rate is around 80% by the second weekend so far (but who's counting). The wonder of flowers! My neighbor and I had been feuding for months, ever since my sycamore allegedly dropped all of its leaves onto their vegetable garden. It escalated from there, and one point the common fence was on fire. (Don't ask.) Anyway, my wife of all people, sent them flowers and then boom, it was over.
