The wonder of flowers! My neighbor and I had been feuding for months, ever since my sycamore allegedly dropped all of its leaves onto their vegetable garden. It escalated from there, and one point the common fence was on fire. (Don't ask.) Anyway, my wife of all people, sent them flowers and then boom, it was over. We all sat down to lunch and had an interesting talk. I can't say that we're buddy buddy neighbors, but we no longer try and damage each other's property.(Hector V. , Birmingham AL )

I wish someone had told me about you earlier. I don’t like talking about this, but the flowers at my grandmother’s funeral last year were unnecessarily gaudy. She didn’t like a big show, and I always thought she would have disapproved of them. Unfortunately, my mother died this year. I had used you before for birthdays, so I thought it couldn’t be worse than what my grandmother had. I feel strange saying this, but I think both of them would have really loved the flowers and arrangements that your people put together and delivered to the chapel for the service. I know you can't see it, but there's a big smile on my face because I finally got my father to break his long silence to my brother. They haven't seen eye to eye for years and have spoken in at least that long. I was able to get them together for my birthday, and the way I convinced them to come was to send each of them a note from me along with bouquets of flowers. It was the last thing I could think of to do, because these are not normally two men who would be affected by flowers.
