I would like to thank you for the flowers that you send to my brother. He works in a big building in Santiago that has usually a lot of delivering mistakes. I was very worried about the flowers that I sent to him. But the person on the phone assured me it would be OK. I was still worried. Until I got the message that the flowers were delivered to the right place. My brother was so surprised, he could not stop laughing at me for sending him flowers. He said no one has ever given him something so beautiful. I have been in the US for a long time. This was like extending a hand to him from the other part of the world. Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time.
