I just wanted to say thanks for making everything less stressful this year. My mother has not been feeling well, and last year the flowers that she ordered didn't arrive until the 27th. I don’t mean to sound like it wasn’t a big deal, but I was surprised at how easy it was to just choose something that looked good and have it delivered. I wish someone had told me about you earlier. I don’t like talking about this, but the flowers at my grandmother’s funeral last year were unnecessarily gaudy. She didn’t like a big show, and I always thought she would have disapproved of them. Unfortunately, my mother died this year. I had used you before for birthdays, so I thought it couldn’t be worse than what my grandmother had. I feel strange saying this, but I think both of them would have really loved the flowers and arrangements that your people put together and delivered to the chapel for the service.
