I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time. I wouldn't have even told you about this, but my initial hesitation was based on the my experience with other Internet delivery companies.
