I was so sick to hear of my sister-in-law's mother. She died of emphysema. It wasn't exactly unexpected, but it was still a shock to the family. My brother has taken it a bit hard also. They were very gracious about them and I think my brother was most pleased. I just wanted to say that the bouquet I ordered for my parents’ anniversary arrived right on time and touched my mother to tears. It was a special order of white and yellow rosebuds, which my dad used to give to her every Saturday when they were dating. Flowers are so much more tactile and have more substance than cards or electronic messages, like they are stand-ins for you. It's something they can move around and focus on in order to get the kind of feeling that I hope I would provide were I there. I'm glad that you can help me express my sympathy for the family in this way and that I can do it much more easily than if I were to go there myself. There are a lot of flower companies affiliated with FTD or that have a number of arrangements to choose from. But the only way you can tell who is good and who is not so good is to try them yourself. And if you're like me, you have neither the time nor the money for that. So I took a look around your website - in addition to some other companies - and I saw your testimonials page. The reports were glowing. It wasn't just the normal "satisfaction" type customer comments. The people you call customers actually seem to feel like you're a part of their lives, which is very telling for a potential customer like me. I'm here to let everyone else know that what other people are saying is true. Everything is done deceptively professionally. I say that because you really feel like you're treated like a part of something like a family, even though everything that you do is in the name of business.
