I just wanted to thank you for being as professional as you are about something many people find superficial and extraneous. Though some people I know consider flowers and floral decoration to be just that, decoration, I see it as more of a gift that celebrates the beauty of life. I don't know what I was thinking. I like to wander around when I go shopping, and the other day I happened into a florist, who had a special on a spring arrangement of irises and tulips. Though I often use your services for flower delivery, I was taken in by the price, and I sent some to my friend in Vancouver because she's going through a rough time right now. Well, I think you spoiled me for flowers, because I got a call from her when they arrived. She's didn't say anything bad about it, but I could tell from the tone in her voice that they weren't exactly glowing with radiance. Hmmmm, I thought. About a month later, things were still bad for her, so I decided to use you to send them (because I happened to be at home when I thought of it). The results were telling. She went on and on about how your flowers were so much better than the previous ones. She thought it could have been the time of year that accounted for the difference, but I knew better. I'm going through some hard times at this part of my life. But I do not lose faith. If you lose faith, you're giving up, you're telling God that you just can't handle what He's handing you. My family was killed in a house fire a year ago to right now. I decided to commemorate this as a celebration of their lives and how their lives affected mine. My friends, family all came down for it, and I ordered what I consider to be the best flowers in the world -- not for myself, although I will enjoy them, but for my family.
