There's one thing I've found about sending flowers. It has to be the right ones at the right time. There is a general understanding about what kinds of flowers mean what, so when I send red roses, I want it to mean love, and when I send white roses, I want it to mean friendship. When I send mixed colors... I'm not quite sure what that means yet, but I'll get it eventually. My point here is that I am grateful you get everything, every order right. I’ve tried lots of different flower delivery companies to send bunches to my family in Hong Kong. Though it has been largely hit-and-miss, I thought you should know that your flowers were most definitely a hit. I admit I have a problem about this. I am out of control. Flowers sent to people as get well presents who have nothing but a common cold. In almost all cases, the flowers last much longer than the illness. But it's so easy and it makes everyone feel so much better, even when they're feeling miserable. This year's flu season wasn't quite as bad as last year, but still many people got flowers from me just because they weren't feeling well. I like that you have a world-wide reach with your delivery services. Being hooked into FTD couldn't hurt with that, right? I work with people all over the world, so it's important that I get whatever to wherever. If that means going with a different package delivery company than I use for domestic because it's more convenient, then fine. But I find that I don't do that with the gifts that I send, normally flowers. I notice that I use you folks wherever I need to send something. I guess I fell into the habit when I realized that you have handled every order I've ever thrown at you with grace and capability.
