I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time. I was struck by this sentiment when I looked at how your website was organized. There are many different types of arrangements and many different arrangements within those types. I think you've tapped into something here, about how people react to flowers and in what context they receive them probably affects how they are received.
