Fast Flower Delivery to Burnips

Burnips Michigan Cemetery

Order flowers by morning, delivery by afternoon? I’m not used to these lightning fast deliveries. I feel kind of dangerous having all this power to be able to send flowers to anyone anywhere. LOOK OUT!!!(Olivia F. , Brownsville TX )

I’m incapacitated so don’t leave the home often. Your staff are always wonderful to me, patient and helpful both when I order and when you deliver. Your gift baskets in particular help to brighten up my home and always impress my visitors.(Geena Roderick, Washington DC )

My uncle really loved the flowers that I ordered from you. He said they reminded him of when he was a boy in Kentucky and whole fields would bloom with all different colors. He asked me to ask you if you know what he's talking about because it looks like you got a lot of the flowers right. Could you tell me if you used some of those Kentucky flowers? My name is Cicely, and you can respond at [e-mail address withheld](Linda M. , Nampa ID )

I know you can't see it, but there's a big smile on my face because I finally got my father to break his long silence to my brother. They haven't seen eye to eye for years and have spoken in at least that long. I was able to get them together for my birthday, and the way I convinced them to come was to send each of them a note from me along with bouquets of flowers. It was the last thing I could think of to do, because these are not normally two men who would be affected by flowers. Hopefully, they regarded me as their reason for coming together, but the flowers helped if only to impress on them just how serious I was. Thanks.(Maria D., Madrid )

It's great to be able to remain in contact with people back home, especially when I'm able to send happiness in the form of flowers. I'm glad that there is a resource like you that a "displaced" American can turn to when I want to send flowers to someone half-way around the world. It's a good feeling when they tell me they received the flowers and they love them (which they always do), and it's always a good feeling to know that I can do this whenever I want.(Philip E., Helsinki )

I have this feeling that I’m helping my mother build an FTD greenhouse. I sent her a plant last year and it’s still alive. That in itself is a miracle. Now, for the first time in my life, she’s actually requested what kind of present she wants for her birthday. She wants another plant. A DIFFERENT plant from last year. Boy oh boy, I’ve finally found something that puts her in a good mood! And you’ve got enough of a selection for years to come!(Bonita M., Springfield MO )

Burnips Michigan Delivery

As a society, we tend to send flowers out of feelings of guilt for not being in a place we would normally be. Before the advent of automobiles and airplanes, we wouldn't stray too far from home (except in a few cases), and so we didn't have a need for sending gifts through the mail, or the Internet, or using FTD, or some other wire service. But we are products of our times, and because even nuclear families are so far flung, and because husbands and wives often live and work on different continents from one another, we have this need to send gifts to one anther in lieu of being there. What we're acknowledging is that we usually do what we can to make compromises between how we would like to live and how we would like to be close to one another. It's apparently socially acceptable to be apart like this as long as we can send each other things that remind us of this emotional connection even though there's no physical connection. ROCK ON, BROTHER!!!(Rey V. , Nagoya , Japan)

I don't know if you have any idea how much your flowers mean to people. How many people who receive flowers act like my mother and shed a tear and how many give you a hug like my father? You bring a lot of happiness in the world by translating what people feel into something others can hold onto and see and smell (and taste, I guess if they wanted). Thanks from all of us who are affected by such things.(Callie U. , Pocatello ID )

I’m so glad that you have the choice for sending a plant in addition to flowers as a sympathy gift. I sent the flowers to the funeral service and the plant to my brother-in-law’s house. I know it’s a small thing in terms of coming to terms with the death of a parent, but even if I couldn’t be there for the service, he still knows that I was thinking of him.(Trisha I. , Fargo ND )
