I've always found many small shops highly suspect when it comes to real business communications. I don't know how large or small you are, but I suppose the proof is in the pudding. It's very difficult to do the little things correctly all the time, but somehow you manage it, and for that you have my admiration... and my business. I especially appreciate your professionalism and the way you take everything you do seriously enough to be appropriate for B2B.(Betty Jo O., Brooksville FL )

The best way I can express my appreciation to you for delivering my mother's flowers on time for Mother's Day is to order more flowers for Father's Day. It's great because I can say it's a gift for my Dad, but my mother will be the one to enjoy them, and I'll get mom points. You have to understand that mom points are more valuable than dad points. Thanks.(Joan S., Lodi CA )

You have my undying admiration for being a company that does what it promises. Every claim you made was and is true. I was a doubter at first, but all my doubts were dispelled this last Christmas, when I hesitantly made a huge order (over $1000) of flower displays, arrangements, and bouquets for the company Christmas party. It's a small company, so I wasn't sure if it would just add to the frivolity of the occasion or if it would be worth it in terms of employee cohesion. Well, it turned out to be both. For the first time in nine years, we did not have any turnover the first six months of the year following the Christmas party. I don't know if it was because we were throwing lousy parties before, or if it was a coincidence or what. But because I've used your flower delivery services a good deal since then and only good things have happened, I tend to think that the quality of the materials you use had something to do with it.(May S. , Bangkok , Thailand)

As a society, we tend to send flowers out of feelings of guilt for not being in a place we would normally be. Before the advent of automobiles and airplanes, we wouldn't stray too far from home (except in a few cases), and so we didn't have a need for sending gifts through the mail, or the Internet, or using FTD, or some other wire service. But we are products of our times, and because even nuclear families are so far flung, and because husbands and wives often live and work on different continents from one another, we have this need to send gifts to one anther in lieu of being there. What we're acknowledging is that we usually do what we can to make compromises between how we would like to live and how we would like to be close to one another. It's apparently socially acceptable to be apart like this as long as we can send each other things that remind us of this emotional connection even though there's no physical connection. ROCK ON, BROTHER!!!(Rey V., Nagoya )
