I appreciate that I was able to change the address before they got sent, because she hasn't been back at her house for a while now. What a fantastic bouquet I got this morning! I received a lovely arrangement of flowers from a friend who lives across the country, and your name was on it. I love it! The flowers and foliage are all so fresh and lively, and such a nice scent too. This is probably the best kind of advertising you can do, is to hook people who have already received their flowers from you. There's one thing I've found about sending flowers. It has to be the right ones at the right time. There is a general understanding about what kinds of flowers mean what, so when I send red roses, I want it to mean love, and when I send white roses, I want it to mean friendship. When I send mixed colors... I'm not quite sure what that means yet, but I'll get it eventually. My point here is that I am grateful you get everything, every order right. There was one time when I meant to send white roses and the place sent red. I mean, is that right? To this I say NO. You should know that your efforts are appreciated.
