This is a strange story, I know, but I had to get flowers not just to an address, but to a specific location within that address. Worst of all, it wasn't marked anywhere. My cousin is a stand-up comedian, and the flowers for him were for his first steady gig in L.A. They had to be right off-stage behind the curtain so as he came off, the flowers would be presented to him in his hands. My God, I can't believe they were there at just the right time. I was nervous as a cockroach at a tap-dance contest, but everything worked out OK. My cousin killed the audience, got the flowers, and then called me almost out of breath and with tears in his eyes (so he said). Thanks so much.(Trish N., Rochester MN )

My great-grandmother’s funeral was much more sober than any other funeral I’ve been to (to many of them), and I couldn’t figure out why. Finally, it dawned on me, the flowers were wholly inappropriate for the setting. They were the whole color, the wrong style, and too ostentatious for the scene. I found out that the person in our family who normally orders the flowers (from you) had asked someone else to do it this time, and he ordered from someone else. While I don’t blame this other company entirely for the inappropriateness of the flowers - because he’s pretty much a dullard about these things - I am positive that had he ordered from you things would have been different.(Ellie O. , Lewiston ME )

The flowers I sent to my son and daughter-in-law for a congratulations on purchasing a new house actually got there. I mistakenly sent them to the new house address without thinking about escrow and even move-in time. I couldn't be there in person because I'm overseas, so I had to suffer through a night of thinking, "what did I forget?" It didn't hit me until my son called to say they were very appreciative of the flowers I sent. It was then that I remembered giving the wrong address on the form, and I became more confused because they actually got delivered to the right place. I'm bursting with pride at my kids being able to afford houses and I'm also red in the face because I can't even figure out where they are now!
