He’s not the most romantic guy on the planet, but when he ordered from you, he got everything just right, and I know that you guys had a lot to do with that. I don’t usually comment on gifts I receive, but this one touched me because it was our tenth anniversary and every year he’s gotten me something practical. It was nice to get roses. No one ever listens to me. I tell them to order from you guys, but do they listen? They do not. I order flowers and gifts from you guys all the time, and I’ve never had occasion to be dissatisfied. By contrast, those people who don’t listen to me seem like they’re constantly complaining about how this delivery or that had some problem with it (wrong color, wrong flowers, bad quality, etc.).
