Though they were intended to be congratulations on the new baby (girl, Shawna, doing fine), they also were a wonderful soothing presence in her room recovering from her operation. I’m appreciative of the lengths you went to in order to resolve a credit card problem. It was partly my fault for waiting till the last minute in order to get my wife flowers for our anniversary. I was a little stressed about it being such a time crunch and my credit card problem, and I yelled at your customer service person. I apologize.
