Greetings flower people. I don't have a keen grasp of the internet that some of the others in my generation so. But it seems to me that there are some things that you do right. For example, you show what you are going to deliver and then you deliver it. That's about it. It's very simple and it works very well. I don't believe what just happened. I sent flowers to my sister, who was on a business trip across the country. She e-mailed me that she won a big account, so I sent her a congratulations present. Little did I know she checked out early and was already back home! I have never in my life been contacted by a delivery company to tell me that the person I sent a gift to had checked out and would I like to send it to where they are now! My sister got the flowers and I got a big shock as to the quality of your service. You and FTD must have a direct line to one another. What a refreshing attitude! Once on the week before to announce my arrival, and once to arrive on Saturday at my hotel so I could bring them over.
