Delivering flowers is delivering flowers, and for that your company should be at the very most proud of accomplishing what you set out to do. I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time.
