No one ever listens to me. I tell them to order from you guys, but do they listen? They do not. I order flowers and gifts from you guys all the time, and I’ve never had occasion to be dissatisfied. By contrast, those people who don’t listen to me seem like they’re constantly complaining about how this delivery or that had some problem with it (wrong color, wrong flowers, bad quality, etc.). It seems strange to me that here in the tropics it can be trouble to find some kinds of flowers. But it's just like up there in the US with tropical flowers. Sometimes you need cold weather to grow some of these varieties of roses and asters. It's interesting the differences that climate makes. I like to order from you because you are so reliable and have a diverse selection. I also like that I can order from you when I'm down here and you're up there. I don’t know who else to tell, so I’ll tell you. Our son was killed in Iraq this past year. The conflicting emotions I feel about this are unbearable. We were so distraught that we left most of the arrangements to my brother. He had the good sense to order the flower stands from you. which I never would have thought made a difference. My brother has never been one to display heartfelt emotion, but I felt it when those flowers were next to my son’s civilian coffin at the funeral home.
