He’s not the most romantic guy on the planet, but when he ordered from you, he got everything just right, and I know that you guys had a lot to do with that. I don’t usually comment on gifts I receive, but this one touched me because it was our tenth anniversary and every year he’s gotten me something practical. It was nice to get roses. I have dealt with certain delivery companies before who could not handle a slight discrepancy in the address with any smarts at all. It seems like if two numbers in a zipcode are transposed, it stops them in their tracks and they delay a couple days and charge you half again as much. I admit that I sometimes get zipcodes wrong. My memory isn’t what it used to be. But someone over there recognized the mistake I made on a flower delivery and it didn’t slow them down a whit. I wish I knew who it was, because I would thank them from an old woman, so I’m saying thank you to you for possibly training your flower delivery people that way.(Bonita R. , Houma LA )
