I appreciate that in the flower world FTD is like the phone company, so every florist has to use it. But I'd like to say that I think you guys are different. Because of some credit card issues, I used more than one flower delivery company to order some accent flowers for a Christmas family celebration. I was stunned at the differences between the flowers I ordered from other sites and the flowers I ordered from yours. Valentine's Day has special significance in our house because it was the day that we closed escrow six years ago. It was a very trying time, trying to sell a house and buy a house at the same time. My mother brought us a unique combination of roses and lilies that I hadn't remembered seeing before. It was so special for us and for her. She's no longer with us, but my husband now has taken over sending flowers to me from work: roses and lilies in the same flower arrangement. I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time.
