Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time. My cousin told me that some flowers went to the house, and some went to the funeral home, and one went to the hospital, even after my uncle had died. Show me a better place to order flowers from. Go on, show me. Because you can't find one. You people seriously rock when it comes to sending flowers. I have a long list of people that I like to give stuff to, and it's the best way to keep stay connected with my friends from high school. You can e-mail and message people, but that's just words a lot of times. Well, now I find that I had to, so I looked you up, found out how easy it was to use and I ordered something for my brother, who's "finding himself" or something in Anchorage, AK.
