I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time. I appreciate that I was able to change the address before they got sent, because she hasn't been back at her house for a while now.
