As a society, we tend to send flowers out of feelings of guilt for not being in a place we would normally be. The way my family celebrates Christmas, you would think it was Festivus. My dad always tries to challenge someone to wrestle and we have a tinsel lined pole in the back yard that I used to practice tetherball on.
