Two of my best friends in the world died this year. We're all getting on, and our families are taking care of us more and more. I just wanted to thank you for being as professional as you are about something many people find superficial and extraneous. I've often found myself only using FTD for sending flowers just because they seem to be very reputable, and I've never had any problems.
