Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time. I appreciate that in the flower world FTD is like the phone company, so every florist has to use it. But I'd like to say that I think you guys are different. Because of some credit card issues, I used more than one flower delivery company to order some accent flowers for a Christmas family celebration. I was stunned at the differences between the flowers I ordered from other sites and the flowers I ordered from yours.
