If there was one thing I would suggest that you change it's the pictures on your website. You need more vivid colors and more impressive foliage. The truly fantastic flowers that my parents get from you (from me) aren't really represented by the pictures on your website. I think you've tapped into something here, about how people react to flowers and in what context they receive them probably affects how they are received. The roses were great like I expected, but the vase was very nice and I can use it again for other things.
