My best day this year was seeing the look on my five-year-old's face when she saw the giant package of flowers that my father sent to her on her first day of kindergarten. They arrived early, to my surprise, so that Linden could see them before she went. It was a special start to a special day, and she wanted to bring them to let the rest of the class enjoy them. By all accounts, they did. I don't know if this would have been possible with another flower distributor, but I'm glad they were possible with you. The whole wedding party just about broke down in tears when the bride walked in with her swanlike bouquet of long-stemmed white roses. I hope that doesn't sound flip. I always thought a bouquet in a wedding was gardening flowers - daisies, maybe wild roses, dahlias, you know, like that. But all roses? I never would have ordered them if it was up to me, but she really wanted them. I wouldn't have though of it, but they were really spectacular. I have a story I want to tell you. I met my husband when we were both on separate trips through Italy. We had a whirlwind romance for about two weeks, and it was the best time in my life. And I realized that day was the anniversary of when we met all those years ago. He had been trying to find me all this time. We were both divorced, and we had another whirlwind romance.
