About a week ago for our anniversary, I gave my wife diamond earrings, a nice dinner out and a basket of your roses. Can you believe that she hasn’t stopped talking about the flowers? I got her diamond earrings for crying out loud! I have to hand it to you guys, you really did a good job. Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time.
