My cousin is a stand-up comedian, and the flowers for him were for his first steady gig in L.A. I was nervous as a cockroach at a tap-dance contest, but everything worked out OK. I'm telling you this because the flower arrangement that I sent to my mother is still going strong after all these weeks. She has called me just about every other day since then.
