I just wanted to thank you for being as professional as you are about something many people find superficial and extraneous. Though some people I know consider flowers and floral decoration to be just that, decoration, I see it as more of a gift that celebrates the beauty of life. This may sound a little silly, but I hope it doesn't. My best friend's cat died over the weekend, and I couldn't think of anything to do for her being so far away with work and all. The best thing I could think of was to send a nice sympathy bouquet. I know how close she was to that cat, and I didn't really know how to say that in words.
