I’m appreciative of the lengths you went to in order to resolve a credit card problem. It was partly my fault for waiting till the last minute in order to get my wife flowers for our anniversary. I was a little stressed about it being such a time crunch and my credit card problem, and I yelled at your customer service person. I apologize. I’ve tried lots of different flower delivery companies to send bunches to my family in Hong Kong. Though it has been largely hit-and-miss, I thought you should know that your flowers were most definitely a hit.
