She’s been sending flowers and plants to everyone for a while now, and I’ve never thought to ask where they were from. The funeral did. She wasn’t even really a relative. I wanted to tell you that the orchids I sent my mother in the hospital really lifted her spirits. She was thrilled to see them because she has orchids at home that she hasn't seen in almost a month. They couldn't be moved, but I wanted to give her something that reminded her of home. They were delivered in the morning, and I was able to visit her in the early evening.
